One of my friend requested to recharge her prepaid phone number, I checked on Google pay and found that there was a plan of rupees 309, which stated unlimited calls local national and roaming along with 1GB data everyday for 84 days and hundred local SMS everyday. I choose the plan made payment but after recharge only local calls were allowed. Now Idea customer services it’s only Idea to Idea calling unlimited free for roaming and national. This was totally misleading promises showcase later not provided. I have the screenshot of those plans and want to file a complaint against which party liable either Google play or idea.
