I am writing this letter to file a complaint against the well known pathology lab – SRL Diagnostics. I had booked a checkup package worth INR 2549/- with SRL on 29th March 2019. I made an online payment for this. Due to some reasons I had to cancel my booking and I informed SRL about the same. They said we have cancelled your booking and refund will be credited in my account within 7 days.
Since then, Time and again I have been calling SRL customer care number requesting the refund where everytime they have given me different timelines ranging from 7-12 days. Finally I was told that latest by 12 the April I will receive my refund. I patiently waited for the amount to reflect in my account, however till today it has not been credited.
