Complaint regarding incorrect credit card billing by Citi Bank

I have started receiving message for Citi bank credit card bill payment through I don’t own any credit card from the bank. Initially I thought it was may be false message but when I got multiple messages I tried calling city bank credit card. There I got go know that they tried to deliver a credit card in July – 2020 to my office address though offices were closed due corona lockdown and that got returned to the bank. I have never ever got any communication in any terms after that hence I wasn’t aware of any credit card issues on my name till I didn’t get any message for bill payment.

I even tried calling many times to the customer care but they have not resolved my issues yet, even increasing the bill amount every month.

can consumer forum help me here?
