We are facing major leakage issues in our flat since the day we purchased the property in one of reputed project in Pune i.e. Pride World City.
It has been close to 2 years now but the builder and his team is unable to resolve the issue.
1. Most of the wires in electricity board which is near common washroom are wet. We also had faced short circuit and multiple trip issues because of this (high risk)
2. Common washroom wall adjacent to hall is also damaged because of leakage. We had done beautiful wallpaper on that wall which is now having fungus on it.
3. Entire ceiling for common washroom and the area near by it is having leakage problem.
4. There are leakage problems in master bedroom too. Three top corners are wet.
We request you to take necessary action against the builder so that he will fix this issue asap.
