We have raised a claim to Bss Security, A company dealing with claims for mobile phones. IPhone model 7 has been sent for screen repair and inspite of paying premium, we were asked to pay 631 Rs extra. We have paid the amount but since then the company is not answering our calls. We have called on 022 6xxxxxx6 and 022 2xxxxxxx1 atleast 50 times.
This is pure mental harassment and we think our phone won’t reach us back. We have also dropped multiple mails but no response.
