I made four transactions of Rs. 1339, Rs, 145, Rs. 607.32, Rs. 479.21 on 15-Mar-2021 from paytm wallet to paytm payments bank. Immediately amount debited from my wallet but not credited to paytm payments bank account. Usually it should not take more than 7 workdays (as per paytm norms). I am calling customer care repeatedly. Unfortunately a very poor response. Every day I am getting a false update from customer care that “End of the day today you will receive amount “. I yet not get a single paisa from them. I request you to help me getting my refund from paytm (a total of 2567.53).
