Complaint regarding fake data entry job offers

I have applied for data entry job. I got a message in whatsApp by saying having data entry jobs. So I connected with them after that they asked to u pay registration fee 650 and again document fee 2180 I paid all amount. They also told that all amount is refundable from my first salary. Again they asked that to pay money for new plan activation then only you will get all the refund . Like that I paid total 11,124 Rupees. Now I’m not getting my amount back. Please help me out with this.
