I have purchased phone -Redmi K20 Pro from Flipkart alongwith Jeeves Complete mobile protection for 1 year. Phone Delivery date:24 Aug 2019.
My phone needed repair for physical damage which was serviced by Jeeves without any issues.
In March this year my phone suddenly stopped working without any physical damage. Screen display and phone stopped working. Again a complaint was raised with Jeeves.
A claim request has been approved along with free pick and drop . I sent 3 emails in the meantime to communicate to get the pick up date. Due to lockdown, the pickup of phone was delayed and happened on 27th May 2020 without any prior initmation. On 27th May 2020, pick up partner arrived and collected phone.
When contacted Jeeves, it was mentioned that no intimation would be sent for software issues.
Since 27th May 2020, I sent 5 emails and multiple times contacted Customer care numbers but all the time I was told that phone is getting repaired and will be sent once fully repaired.
On 2nd August I receieve call from Ecom Express mentioning delivery of phone, when opened no repair was done to phone and I cannot even switch on the mobile device.
I called Customer care many a times but I will not get through automated message announcing “All our customer care executives are busy”.
I need refund of my phone and the mental trauma I went through due to non-availability of service and information regarding my phone.
Why a phone stops functioning?
Why the service team keeps the device for over two months and return the device without any repairment?
Why there is no intimation of timeline of repair,pickup and drop timing from Jeeves?
Why I get to know the pick up and delivery of phone through logistics partners and not from Jeeves itself?
Who will repair my mobile device?
Even after my phone not working for past 4 months its still under Protection plan I bought, so am I not enttiled to get Claim of mobile amount for it?
