Complaint regarding JIO new plan recharge by mistake

I am to much Disspointed I made recharge on my jio number 80xxxxxxxxx3 on 17 march and I was searching for my new validity on my jio app but by mistake it has been active hence I already have my old recharge validity till this 9 may I called amd email to do many times jio executive but they are not resolve my issue till kow and they are asistant me wet have provision can’t deactivate this such I am study here is am not working 399 rupees to much for me and I don’t need two activate plan I need only one please resolve my issue.
