Complaint regarding JIO phone recharge

I have recharged with Rs 297 through My Jio app. I realised that the recharge is for jio phone and it doesn’t work on non jio phone.when I called up the customer care,they advised me to put the sim in Jio phone to use the recharge plan.Is this some sort of fraud to make customers but Jio phone.? They should have some way to convert this to some other plan and help the customer.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
