Complaint against tendyland for wrong product delivery

I have done the cash on delivery transaction for the product(1 pack of 3 shirts) of Rs 1099 in tendyland.in (Delhi) on 24th Feb which was Advertised in Instagram and the order number is #TL1xxxx7. I recieved wrong product ( 1pack of 3 shirts) by bluedart with GSTIN: 06ABFGA1000M1ZN barcode: 59520537775

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
