Complaint regarding job from Thepivot.info

Hey,a company named Thepivot is threatening to pay their registration fees or else they’ll take legal actions and make me pay 98k . I also recieved some messages from VM-ICOURT saying that my case can be booked under section 17,74&75 . And i have got mails regarding my court case .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
