Complaint regarding Lenovo K Power mic

I recently bought lenovo k power phone from the shopkeeper kabir world technologies reliance chowkdi gandhinagar.

The mic was not working i went back and complaint at first he dint took my complain , then i went to service center he accepted that there is mic issue then from more then 1 week the issue is pending in service center.

It is been said you may get your phone replaced by same shopkeeper if your request is approved ,but the problem is 1 more person had the same issue ,same phone model and from same shopkeeper. i dont have trust that i will get good phone from the shopkeeper if i am taking new phone from him.

kindly look to the issue and refund back my amount.
