Complaint regarding matrimonial services and subscriptions

Matrimony persons are cheated me. Value: 13000

Sir / Madam, The last 23 days before I paid the subscriptions for the matrimony i.e Sri Srinivasa Kalyana matrimony in Tirupathi, Renigunta road, Opp Asruya Hospital they are not giving me a proper response now, i m cheated by them. i expect to get money back from them
