I am urging for your help on my grevience.
I had ordered back camera for my mobile Redmi Note 11T 5G from maxbhi.com.
The order no. I.e. 5xxxxx2.
First they mentioned that the prior order was not compatible and there is another vendor with a higher price and I had to pay 210 more with a total of ?899 on 24th March.
And still got the wrong camera.
And today when I am raising a replacement request .
They are not at all co operative and asking me for multiple snap shots and images giving an excuse for the image not proper and also asking me to book the courier instead of making a replacement pik up.
