Complaint regarding order placed with NNNOW ( Arvind Internet) App.

I have ordered two jeans of flying machine company from NNNOW ( Arvind Internet) App. vide order no 0xxxxxB dt.26.01.23. These jeans have been ordered on prepayment basis. Out of these two jeans I have received only one jeans that too of very poor condition. Due to the poor condition of the jeans I have returned it and also get the refund. However, I haven’t received the other jeans and also not get the refund amounting to Rs. 1214/- paid for the jeans.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
