Complaint regarding Mi 5 mobile service

I give my MI 5 handset for servicing in guwahati Mi service center for display problem and hanging problem when handover the handset that is associated with some one els mi account ,for that i unable to use my phone and when i am told them about that problem they are just toying with me ,they cant want to listen my problem, i cant able to use it, i also tell the service center but they are not ant to help me,plz give me a solution because my phone is needed to start. I also attached the invoice copy.

Complaint regarding Vox heater brought through Ebay.in: NAINESH KAPADIA, Gangotri Soc, behind gandhi kutir, Gujarat (naineshkapadiaisavailable(at)gmail.com) purchased one Vox heater through Ebay.in. Upon receipt he found the appliance was of poor quality with broken parts inside. His complaints to Ebay went in vain and he posted his complaint with ICF on 26-01-2013. Refund from Paytm – Rs.1095/-: Mr. Paresh Shah of Vesu, Surat made a recharge from my mobile for payment of Dish TV of Rs 1095. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted from his credit card. Even after a month he did not get his money back.
