I purchased Micromax LED in May 2018. In February 2019, display problem occurred. I contacted customer service and till now made more than 300 calls but of no use. I registered my complaint on 21st February 2019 and the process of calling customer service centre is still on. I have not received any call from them regarding my issue. Every time they will say that call back will be arranged but nobody calls back. Seems Micromax is fake company and they are highly unprofessional. They should be charged for mental harassment to the customer.
