Complaint regarding mobile lost in Ola

I am lodging a complaint for my mobile which I lost in ola cab. I booked an Ola cab from Andheri-kurla road at nearly 3 pm on 22nd DECEMBER 2017, Ola cab no. MH 48 F 8623, NAME OF DRIVER: Rxxxxxxj MxxxxxxA.

I kept my mobile on charging as I get into the cab. My mobile is GIONEE P5W MODEL AND IT HAS TWO SIMS of VODAFONE, AIRTEL. I forgot my mobile in that ola cab as I was in a rush to meet my boss. I tried to call the driver immediately but he didn’t pickup my call. Later he switched off both the mobiles. The later day 23 Rd December 2017 I called that OLA driver and he picked the call stating that he is not the one who rode me. He said that the cab was shared by them every alternate days. Please do the needful as I kept every valuable information in that mobile.
