Complaint regarding Moto E4+ network issue

I have purchased moto E4+ through flipcart on Aug 03,2017 by invoice number FAAAZH1800152985 . I have an issue when mobile is not using for about half an hour after this all of incoming calls not shown and report of callers “mobile is either switchoff or out of range”. I am facing this problem from first day and have complaint within replacement warrenty time which is 10days. A techinician from flipcart had come and checked the set that time this is working properly after this the problem had been started again from next day i have given complaint again to flipcart but flipcart refused to send techinician and advice to give the set to authorised service center. The set is given twice to service center after purchasing this but the issue is not resolved yet. In this period i hv faced many problems due to not receiving calls on time. All of calls are showing as missed call alert messsage. I have formatted this mobile set many of time to take better responce but being failed and also have lost some of useful official pics and data.
