Complaint regarding Moto G4 service

I submitted my cellphone Moto g 4 on 23 of March 2017 to authorized Motorola service center. My problem is that my if I use any application, I used to see lots of shadows on my screen, and it was increases day by day. They ordered my phone components but didn’t replace it with my original damaged components and my problem still continues, I visited 3 to 4 times again but they every time told me that it’s your cell phone feature so u don’t have to b worry for this, and now when my problem is on extreme they are saying your cellphone components are missing and it can not be repaired in warranty you have to pay near about 7000 and your otherwise after sometime your cellphone will be dead. I also complaint on online voice portal of Moto Lenovo complaint help line number on 16 November 2017, they promised me to give feedback within 48 to 72 hours but they didn’t gave any I called them 6 to 7 times more they are doing nothing just assuring me that u will get feed back. And now m very dissoppinted on my decision to buy this Moto product.
