I placed an order worth Rs.36,000/- from Myntra on 5th Dec 2019, but mistakenly I collected the Insider Points associate with the product due to which I am unable to return or even exchange the product. I had word with Customer Care Executive and they said that they can’t revoke the points and nor can the products be exchanged/returned.
Kindly provide me with a solution or any alternative for the same. It’s a matter of not a thousand or two but a big amount of Rs.36,000/-, going straight down the straight.
The policies and offers are made for customer’s benefit but this ain’t serving any of it’s purpose. The products are not even of my use because of the size issue and I can’t even exchange them now because of these points that i do not even want and are useless to me.
It’s the basic rule of online shopping that you can easily return/exchange the products if they do not fit or look good.
The Insider Points are only providing benefits to Myntra only and creating problems for the customer.
Please provide me with a solution or any alternative for the same
