Complaint regarding no broker site

No Broker. Com This is a site where you can buy sell or put your property for sale, rent, purchase but it is a once you pay amount in this site they just start fooling you they say you will get 100%refund if you get a tenant from other sources but they do not pay you 100%refund but deduct amounts with any one and other excuse and don’t pay your money back neither reply to your mails.

    Hello Everyone dont use NoBroker app it has hold my 40000+ rs since 5 days and they are not refunding the amount and customer service people are not responding and they wont respond to email as well NoBroker app is cheating the customers, it is 10000000000% fake app Many people are struggling with this app Indian govt should ban this app

    We have paid No Broker.Com around 12000 for finding us tenant. The tenant now backed out and have asked for regund advance. We have already paid the tenant the advancd taken & matter is cloaed. Now No ( RM Name Salma Sultana ) is telling me that they will activate my account but will not be able to refund my advance of 12000 if tenang is not found in two months. This is a real cheating they are playing to sell their profoucts and play with customers.

    I am not happy with No broker services. Biometric executive came at my place and could not complete my biometric due to some technical issues. In this situation why I should pay the extra charges for another visit? Is this something not in anybody’s hand.. hence as per curtsy or better customer experience no broker should ask executive to revisit and do the needful.

    Instead of asking for extra charges it has to be completed within the charges which already paid for completion of rental agreement and visit for biometric.

    If this is not the case I am really not happy and won’t recommend anyone to g for no broker, also ensure everyone in my company to not avail services as its not trust worthy.

    Need help.

  1. I would not recommend no broker to anyone. They have such horrible services, they send a 3rd party to handle your shifting, and the people who come have absolutely no experience and professionalism of handling any packing services. They broke my TV, and there has been no refund on that even after 1.5 month. Multiple calls to them go waste, as no one is ready to give you a solution.

    Dear People, I have had a very bad experience. NoBrokar only makes people fools. They did not provide proper lead, instead focusing on extra services… daily calls for extra services… refusal to refund my money for extremely poor service… Nobrokar Senior, please look at your team’s provided service to people.

    No broker something on call and mention something on mail and on time they will not do any work. on last minute they ask to pay us extra directly to the person they don’t even share the mobile no via email they are just cheaters and asking money for each and everything

    Initially they delayed the delivery and post delivery the bike is damaged
    Pathetic service from no broker.
    They damage the product while in transition from one state to other.
    Now no response from them
