Complaint regarding no delivery, no refund from amantelingerie.in

Had placed an order on www.amantelingerie.in which was unsuccessful and the amount got debited from my A/C. Also received payment acknowledgment from their side but no order confirmation received till date. Had sent multiple mails and asked for refund but no one is responding. Now its going to be about 1 month and no action is being taken by them. No one is replying to my facebook chat messages also. Please do the needful. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
