I placed an ordered on january 23,2022 which is Nike shoe costs rs.4245.75/-. They didnt deliver it to me nor refunded. After contacting immediately they told the account is on hold and please contact ofm[@]amazon.in to unhold the account, since january i have been contacting through mail and calls, but they didnt responded well ,after continuous complaints of upto 60 to 70 , they unhold the account on july 14 2022 and said account will be open for next 24 hours for refund process . then i made 20 calls and mails to get the refund , but they replied as it is over 5 months we couldn’t refund the amount and contact email@example.com for further assistance. After mailing to that email no response and apart from that they made the account on hold again. Please notice my mental efforts , in that 60 to 70 complaints i have been explaining the same issue for each person who attended the call as they wont be one person to handle .Please consider my mental efforts and pain and finally came to your aid to request for the solution of this issue.You also can see the status of the product which is showing dispatched even today also. Kindly begging you solve the issue by refunding the amount.I requested them also in this way,no problem for me by making the account on hold, but refund the amount and then hold it if you want. Even then also they didnt do it and didnt said the reason for holding the account also.
I ordered it on January 23, 2022. they didnt deliver, they didnt refunded,they made the account hold and reopend the account after longtime(5 months),they said due to longtime we cant refund the amount and again they made it hold.Please think in this whole scenario where is my Mistake?,and how much mental you think i beared? its not a small amount for a person like me. Please sort it out quickly ASAP.Thanking you ,Hope you will understand the issue and solve it with high priority.
