Complaint regarding no support from AJIO for return pickup

I have ordered few products from AJIO worth 2447/- and all of them were delivered wrong size, and I have opted for exchange but got the same wrong products in exchange as well.

So I have opted for Return the product but it’s been like more than 20days but no one is coming for pickup.

I have reached customer care on this and they were saying the pickup address is wrong and they were trying to update it. Even though it’s been 20 days customer care is not providing proper update on the pick up.

I request you to help me on this issue.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
