Difference in flat property area constructed by builders

I have purchased the flat in Kumkum Darshan build by Kalash Devcon LLP bearing 980 Sq/ft Buildup area located at Range office, Vasai East, Behind HP Petrol Pump, Palghar 401208.

In the agreement the builder had write the 680 carpet area but when the Govt measured the area for giving compensation under land acquisition the area was 554 sq feet.

Now Government paying compensation on 554 and We want compensation on 680. Therefore the differnce of 126 sq feet needs to be avail from the builder.

But builder is saying” Kuch bi krlo nahi dunga, Jo krna hai krlo”.

Please look into the matter builder doing fraud by aking money 980 and he actually pays 864 area
