Recently I had ordered 2 products from the AJIO website, but I had received only 1 product that too was different and cheaper in MRP and one I hadn’t received at all. I called the customer care of Ajio and they raised 2 complaints regarding same. But I received an email saying that the product that I hadn’t received will not be reshipped and I have to bear the loss. The package was not tempered when I received it and hence I am sure it is a fault by their site. Also I recently checked their Instagram profile and most of the comments on their posts said that they are fraud and do not refund money. This is a chain of reliance groups and thus everyone trusts them but they are fraud. Kindly resolve my issue. I want them to compensate me.
