Complaint regarding non delivery by DRS Group Agarwal Packers

I shifted from Hyderabad to Bhuj Gujarat ant opted to send my household goods through DRS Group Agarwal packers & movers and received their quotation, which was agreed and I paid full amount including insurance charges to them. They started on 27th April 2017 from Hyderabad and assured delivery by 5th May 2017, containing 52 packages. Now as on today I.e. 13th May 2017 still my goods are not delivered and when I call customer care they connect me to concerned persons who all talk rubbish & disconnect calls so poor staff and service, not even head of any branch or even the owner ready to talk about this issue. So I am requesting you to kindly help me solve this issue at the earliest as our family is suffering lots of problem & unnecessary expenses. Hoping for quick action.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
