Complaint regarding non-delivery by DTDC

I am working with skill and livelihood development corporation, Rajasthan. I sent a parcel from Delhi to Jaipur on Friday 1 June 2018 from dtdc courier services. It contains a DD which should be submitted on Monday 4th June 2018. Parcel was received on Jaipur hub on Saturday 2nd of June. Till now they did not deliver that parcel to the address. Sir due to this I am having a heavy loss everyday. It was supposed to deliver on Sunday 3rd June, now they are saying that parcel was misplaced. Consignment no. – Z59869300

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
