Complaint regarding non-delivery by Flipkart vendor

Delivery issue with Flipkart. Value: 1639

I ordered one product from Flipkart and they gives the delivery date 11 oct 2023 , but yesterday I got updated your parcel will deliver that is 10 th October but no one came to deliver. Today again from morning multiple times got the call from delivery agent me also called at Flipkart customer regarding this but no action taken by Flipkart. Product also yet not delivered.

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.3,000/- : Chedoma Bhutia, Gangtok 737101, Sikkim ordered a makeup product for Rs.3000 against COD through snapdeal. The product received by her was of Rs.500/-. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige. Refund from Lenovo – Rs.17,000: Mr. Manish Advani, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (manish.advani[@]mahindrassg.com) had submitted his Lenovo P780 for repairs on 13-11-2014 and was told that he would get back the device in 10 days. But even after two weeks the device was not ready and he was told that the spares are not available. Mr. Advani posted his complaint with ICF on 27-11-2014 and the matter was taken up with Lenovo. However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. The mobile had camera problem and was replaced by Lalaji. However, even the replacement mobile was a defective one.
