Complaint regarding no service from Jeeves for screen damage

Jeeves Screen Damage Protection Claim Value: 11000

I register a claim for my screen breakage on 18 august 2023 and after that they will not take any action on it and they were miss leading me and they close my claim without any information and said the u will again register the loan and they will do time pass with me for till 8 october and now my policy is expired and now they said that they will not help me regarding this.

The payment was from his ICICI bank account but no ticket was issued by MakeMyTrip. Inspite of his various calls to the cutomer care he neither received the ticket nor the refund.
