I am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent transaction involving a seller listed on the IndiaMART platform. The seller operates under the name Anchal Enterprises.
On 23rd March 2025, I placed an order for doormats and prayer mats and made payments totaling ?6700 through:
?3000 via Paytm
?3700 via PhonePe
Despite full payment, the seller has not delivered any goods and has stopped responding to calls and messages. This is a clear case of online business fraud.
I have already:
Filed a complaint with IndiaMART
Lodged a cybercrime report at cybercrime.gov.in
Contacted Paytm and PhonePe with transaction proof
I request the Consumer Forum to:
Help initiate strict action against this fraudulent seller
Assist in processing a refund of ?6700
Recommend that their GST number be blocked, Bank Account fridge.
Report the matter to relevant consumer protection authorities
