Regarding non delivery and no response from Instagram seller (thameha_designs)

Value: Rs.1890

I have ordered two Kurtis on Instagram through themeha_designs(via website)on April 2nd worth 1890/-,It’s been mentioned that the shipment will be in 14 days but it’s been more than a month no response from them.I have tried to reach out them many times through calls and messages but all failed.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
