Complaint regarding non-delivery by theshoeskart store

Theshoeskart online store. Value: 899
I purchased shoes from https://theshoeskart.com/
on 16th June with a promise that it will get delivered in 3-5 days.
Even after following up with the store via email, there is no update from them.
This online store looks fraud and are minting money by placing advertisements everywhere.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
