I had booked a delivery from DTDC to be sent from Bangalore to Indore on June 16th 2020. I was charged a higher amount of Rs.380 citing COVID as a reason.
While tracking the package I found that the delivery failed on 20th June saying house was locked while in reality the family was at home and delivery was not attempted at all. On 22nd June again the delivery failed saying local holiday and OTR which was again a fake claim as there was no local holiday.
It is an urgent and important package. DTDC is not delivering at all. All their customer care numbers are unreachable. They will most probably ask to come and collect from their office but I paid for doorstep delivery and it has to be done asap.
