Regarding non-received of refund from IRCTC

I booked a ticket through IRCTC on 5 April 2020 for date of jounrey 14 april 2020. The train got cancelled and the ticket refund process commenced on 15 April but IRCTC says that refund has been made on 28 April 2020. When I checked with Punjab National Bank they say no amount has been received. I gave transaction ID to the bank. I had paid through Google Pay and I gave details to Google Py also but I have not received the refund money. Please sir check and get my refund.

Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
