Complaint regarding non-delivery of flat by builders

Dear Sir,
I purchased a 2BHK Flat at Sodepur New Colony from M/s Udyog Construction. In April 2022 we have done House Registration Completely. But the Said Flat is not completed till now. Every time the Developer assured us that they will finish their work on next day after completion of House Registration, but still it has not done by them.

Now, Request your help in this case so that issues get resolved quickly.
