Happyeasygo not refunding the cancelled flight amount

Dear Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that my flight with PNR DxxxxxxQ and booking ID82xxxxxx00 from Lucknow to Pune dated 16th May 2022 was cancelled by the airline after which I was asked by Happy easygo to raise cancellation request separately so i also raised the cancellation request for the same on 19th May 2022 at happy easy go but the amount has still not been refunded by Happyeasygo despite various follow up and reminders and i confirmed from the airline they have already refunded the amount but happy easy go is holding the money and not providing me the refund it has been more than 3months and when I talk to the customer care they keep giving the new dates

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
