Complaint regarding not refunding or not replacing product

I have order Battery for Nokia 6.1 Plus. Paid on 5th Jul 2021  Charging Connector Flex / PCB Board for Nokia 6.1 PlusOrder #3526184, Paid on 5th Jul 2021 but both product useless defective when i try to replacement they asked me for photos i have sent them and they aproveled my request on my courier after receiving my products they rejected my request as said its damaged they now taken my money and my products too i want my money back please help me.
