I have a new connection form triple play internet service. Value: 2910

I am using one month to fulfill a internet service but I have pet a month or lady or equal to the 2000 +3month pack =4124rupees. One month later I disconnect the connection Wi-Fi router is pickup by tripleplay partner
See tell me refund is 7 days work 7 working days but till now one month born refund not coming to my account please help me. Help me
