I have booked the cab on Monday 14Nov’17 as advance booking at 11pm for Tuesday 15Nov’17 on morning time flight 6.05AM flight from bangalore to jaipur. With this booking, i got the confirmation of cab details at 3.30AM on tuesday, so accordingly i called to driver number, he was in sleepy mood, and making some excuse, but anyhow he convenice to come after 5min (we called to him at 3:50AM), but soon after he switched off his phone, and later cancelled the cab.
As i have flight amount of 12k from bangalore to jaipur, am going to native on family emergency with family here (2yrs old baby) but because of his / OLA mistake, i have lost my amount. So, request to consumer team, please take a action against OLA, and request them to refund my amount.
