I have received a message for online work from home data entry job FELLAX ONLINE SOLUTION for daily payment on Feb 8th. Convinced me with several proof of payments and asked me to initially paid on Feb 15th -Rs. 199 (Registration fee – refundable) & Rs. 379 (Account activation ) and directed me to another demo support team. They gave me demo application and work and I completed, they asked me to pay on Feb 17th- Rs. 409 (buying Main work-saying one time fee) & Rs. 262 (GST- receiving salary from them). After all they gave me an application link which didnt even work in my Mobile/PC and assigned me a job with an excel sheet to copy and paste- Without the application installation, I was unable to do the work, messaged them several times – even there is a customer support, no proper reply. I asked them for my refund on Feb 17th. Immediately, they raised a ticket 5 saying within 4-7 days i will get my refund. I didnt. No response. If i continuously message asking for my money, they are using abusive language on me. I have all screenshot for my payment and whats app conversations. I am attaching one screenshot alone. But I totally paid Rs. 1249, which I am asking for refund.
