Complaint regarding order delivery from Amazon

Regarding Amazon delivery : The order was supposed to be delivered on 7th August.. I called the delivery agent many times but he didn’t responded to the call. Then at around 8:30 pm marked the status to delivered. After that I am continuously following up with there customer care but no help with this. The want to have me replacement or refund but I want my order for which I have already paid.
I am being a prime member have followed n no of times. Each time they made false comment that trouble tickets has been created and ATS will call.. Some says this.. Others says that’s not in their hand.. At the end I am very frustrated and suffering..
