My self , am from delhi. on dated 25th May, i saw an add reflecting on google named hashlly.co online sale on branded headphones and airpods with combo offer @ Rs-1599/-
I ordered jbl brand’s airpods and bose brands headphone as combos, order taken by nexa ship and connected by shiprocket. com against order number 3341.
on dated 27th May received a message that your parcel about to deliver today by delivery courier service under awb number: 19041140184795. delhivery courier boy asked cash Rs-1599 and handed over my parcel.
when we opened my parcel sudden shocked to see fake headphone in parcel with cartons cutting filled in parcel box.
I complained to delhivery but they replied to contact shipper. when i mailed to shiprocket they replied to directly contact to shipper. now nexa ship or hashlly.com not reachable by e mail or given contact number. all has looted us. I want my money back.
please support to my valuable money back, due to this pandemic situation it is hard to earn money.
