Complaint regarding order placed with

I had made a transaction on the Snackbag website (https[:]// and post that there has been no response and no update on the order. I tried calling their number on the website as well and it has been perpetually switched off.
Order details: Value: INR 1140 (990 + Shipping 150), 2 Borges Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 Litre each). I tried following up on the email ID, from which ID the order confirmation came on Nov. 20th, I made the payment through HDFC Bank Credit Card. and there has been no response, except once, after which they have vanished again.
They look like an absolute fraud business as the no. provided on their website, along with the email address is fake/ discontinued, as the emails bounce back from this email address, hence I had to write to the other mail address mentioned above.
Can you please help get this resolved at the earliest?
