Delivery of defective Water Purifier, no support from Eureka Forbes and Flipkart

I purchased the Aquaguard Glory from Flipkart, and it was delivered on May 14, 2023. Following delivery, a Eureka executive visited for installation, discovering manufacturing defects in the product. I was advised to initiate a return by raising a request with Flipkart. However, Flipkart insists that I must visit Eureka’s service center for a resolution, despite the fact that the product remains uninstalled and is still in its original packaging. Despite reaching out to Eureka over 50-60 times and sending numerous escalation emails to their customer service, there has been no resolution. They continue to assert that my complaint ticket [CM-200523-9672633] is still in progress, even after more than eight months since the product was delivered.
