Complaint regarding order placed with Snapmint

I spoke with one of your associate few weeks back regarding my order cancellation because it was not approved from seller so she said she will cancel the order but the cancellation status was not visible in the order details so I chat with your your associate on Facebook and he cancelled my order and it did reflected there that refund is in process. And now I received a message that my order has been shipped how it is possible that I cancelled my order before confirmation. And I again called you guys and you told me not to accept order as it will be cancelled automatically and now it is showing delivered and it has also prepared emi for next month. Please cancel my oder and get my amount refunded and also I want my Emi to be cancelled for the same.

    I place an order on snapmint about 3 week ago as soon as I placed an order I got to know that product is overpriced so It wasn’t a good choice.So within few hours I contact them via contact us but they’re just irrelevant I am trying to contact them via WhatsApp number which they used to contact me to get my KYC details but still no reply.Never ever place order with these guy’s they don’t have any support. Also the product isn’t delivered but the started massages about emi
    I tried to call them but they just put me on hold and their system is just repeatedly saying our customer care representative will get you soon but almost for 15 min they just didn’t respond. I try everything thing but they aren’t responding..

    I have ordered one cycle worth 2999 but still I did not get delivery 10 days back I’ll ordered nd customer care also not picking the call I want to know statu6
