Complaint regarding order with Chulla cancelled by Magicpin

I was order from Chulha at 8:09PM. But order was not delivered to me and it shows delivered status and when I talked with the delivery agent name Nxxxh Gxxxxxxi.
He says order was cancelled by magicpin. So if the order was cancelled by them then I want my amount back .
My order amount was Rs. 276.
