Complaint regarding order with Shopclues

I had ordered an watch from ShopClues but the watch was defected so I placed an return order on the same day they refunded my money in ShopClues bucks and within 3-4 days the delivery boy came and he took the watch with him when I asked for any return receipt he told me that they don’t provide anything like that so I was ok then today again I placed an order from ShopClues it costs 190rs but the order is not successful but they have deducted my clues bucks but not confirmed my order this app is very irresponsible very disgusting app I’m very much disappointed from this app my shopping experience is not at all good please tell them to return my money or confirm my order

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
